Skipjack.net is a website published by the Rural Development Center at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. It showcases enterprises that have received funding, technical support, and other services from the RDC. The mission of the Rural Development Center is to strengthen and diversify the economies of the nine rural counties on Maryland’s eastern shore.
